We want you to be fully satisfied with your PAMK license. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for all PAMK license purchases made through our website or authorized payment links.
All paid PAMK licenses (Pro, Team, and Enterprise) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
To request a refund, contact us at support@trusttoroot.com with your license key or the email address used during purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
PAMK licenses are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Personal users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial period, Pro features revert to Community level unless a license is purchased.

PAMK is a local-first product. All your memory data is stored on your own infrastructure (local SQLite or your PostgreSQL server). We do not store your memory data on our servers. When you cancel your subscription:
